We believe that the alignment of church structures and ministries will result in the focus shift and that for those in ministry we would require the constant improvement of structures in our lives, setting various bench marks and researching trends of churches, outreach ministries, the development of children’s ministry and youth programs. There is a need to explore greater use of technology and media in Church Life to draw the focus back to God.
